Cooking is being together, it is feeling emotions, it is creativity and conviviality. It is a way to learn more about the traditions of our region. For this reason we offer cooking courses in a simple, pleasant and fun environment.
Our cuisine is made of essentiality, simplicity and concreteness which are fundamental elements to create both a traditional menu and a refined menu. Our goal is to teach you the recipes, the technique and the methods of our cuisine to know how to re-propose them.
Our cook will lead you to discover the traditional Umbrian recipes, recipes that she herself learned from her mother and grandmother. At the end of the course you can taste the prepared dishes on the panoramic terrace – typical are stuffed cannelloni, tagliatelle with truffles, Potato gnocchi, Umbrian meat sauce, chicken alla cacciatora and Torta al testo, a flat bread cooked on the fireplace and stuffed – combined with a good glass of wine.
What you will learn will allow you to bring home the tradition of Umbria, we will provide you with all the necessary tools and then propose them again for your evenings with friends.At your departure you will be provided with a copy of the recipes of traditional dishes.
